Nearly two years after the project’s kickoff meeting, the fastMOT consortium met again in Delft for their third in-person meeting. Hosted at Delft University of Technology, the partners made the most of their two days together, diving into key technical discussions and planning for the months ahead.
The first day kicked off with in-depth discussions on strategic questions surrounding our superconductive nanowire chip and multifunctional optical tomograph system. These exchanges sparked fresh ideas and lively debates, driving the project forward. The day concluded with a group dinner at a traditional Dutch restaurant, where participants enjoyed the local cuisine and reflected on the day’s progress.
On the second day, each Work Package provided updates on their progress, highlighting crucial aspects that required further discussion to lay the groundwork for upcoming milestones. The two-day meeting wrapped up with a lab tour led by Iman Esmaeil Zadeh, giving participants a firsthand look at the advancements made by the WP1 team.
